Waiting Time Policy

Free waiting time at the airport: For airport pickups, Málaga Exclusive Transfer offers 60 minutes of free waiting time, starting from the flight's landing time.

Waiting Supplements

Once the 60 minutes of free waiting time have elapsed, if the passenger has not yet left the airport and the driver must continue waiting, the following supplement will apply:

• From 1 to 30 additional minutes: 30 €
• The 30 € supplement starts counting from the first minute after the free 60 minutes end.
• If the wait exceeds 30 additional minutes, new waiting charges may apply depending on the additional time and service conditions.

This policy applies when a delay in the passenger's departure causes the driver to wait beyond the established free waiting time.

We thank our clients for proceeding to exit the airport as soon as possible after collecting their luggage, to facilitate the smooth running of the service and avoid delays in the driver's subsequent bookings.
